Charlie Spencer

President and CEO

Mr. Spencer has over 35 years of management experience in the facility service industry.

One of the founders of HES Facilities, LLC in 2020, he was immediately named the CEO and President. In November 2020, HES acquired Clean-Tech and its long history of exceptional service to be the platform for commercial and industrial services nationwide.

Prior leadership positions include 12 years of executive-level management with GCA Services Group/ABM, where he led various aspects of sales and operations. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President at ESS, where he had a significant role in M&A activity, forecasting, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies for this substitute teacher and paraprofessional industry-leading company.

Charlie resides in Knoxville, Tennessee, and is a 1986 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

JONATHAN CAMPBELL

Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor

Jonathan Campbell carries a strong personal commitment to service excellence and creating platforms where our ladies and gentlemen are valued and empowered. 

His strategic vision focuses on constantly adding value for the customers we serve and growing the business in a controlled manner with selected institutions that share common values and desire a true collaborative partnership.

Prior to his current role, Jonathan worked with Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for 14 years. He became the youngest General Manager in the company’s history and won the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award in 1992 and 1999.

Jonathan is a graduate of Huddersfield University, earning a Bachelor of Science with Honors. He represented the US National Rugby Team from 1994 to 1997, including participation in the Rugby World Cup.

TOD ESKRA

Chief Operating Officer

Tod Eskra has built his career around successfully leading the sustained growth and profitability in some of the world’s most widely recognized organizations, including ADP and Enterprise Holdings, Inc.

With more than 20 years of in-depth and broad-based experience with executive leadership, sales management, employee development and financial management of a portfolio over $300M in annual revenues.

Tod’s most recent role was President of Transportation Services Company, a subsidiary of Student Transportation of America, Inc., one of the largest student transportation companies in North America. His ability to maximize employee potential, coupled with his wealth of operational and commercial knowledge, promotes innovative solutions and creates value.

Tod holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting from the University of Missouri.

STEPHEN GOLSON

Senior Vice President

Mr. Golson has over 30 years of experience in facilities management and has held key leadership positions with three of the largest and most successful national facilities services firms. He has broad experience in managing operations in K-12 schools, higher education, and commercial facilities across a wide geography.

As an HES investor, Stephen also has the unique experience of having grown up in a family of public-school administrators and teachers. He has most recently served as the Principal and CEO of a private security services firm as well as the Principal of a land management company.

Stephen graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts.

JASON WATSON

Vice President

Jason Watson is the Vice President of Operations at Clean-Tech Company, bringing over 30 years of industry experience to the organization.

Holding industry designations such as SFP -Sustainability Facility Professional, I.C.E. – CIMS – ISSA Certified Expert; RBSM – Certified Trainer, Jason has dedicated himself to leadership education and training. He and his operations team develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, productivity and measure key performance indicators. Jason’s expertise and alignment to Clean-Tech’s unique legacy of a value-add partnership bring excitement to introducing our partners to the Clean-Tech Way.

Jason joined Clean-Tech in January of 2009 as the Director at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to joining our team, he has held senior leadership roles with regional and national organizations, providing service solutions to all verticals of facilities including educational, healthcare, industrial, events, and commercial spaces.

Dave Makar

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Makar has a CPA and several years of experience in the financial management area. Prior management positions include over five years with a national industry leader in facilities services, where he led many aspects of the finance organization.

David graduated summa cum laude from Kent State University with a bachelor’s and master’s in accounting.

BRYAN JOLLEY

Director of Facility Operations

As Director of Facility Operations, Bryan is responsible for facility maintenance and operations across the country.

His expertise includes training, workflow and operational systems design, safety, energy management and equipment utilization.

Bryan is a trusted and seasoned operations and facilities leader with more than 20 years professional industry experience. He holds the Educational Facility Professional (EFP) and the Facility Management Professional (FMP) designations.

Bryan is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Facility and Property Management and an MBA from Baylor University.

RICARDO MORENO

Vice President of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Ricardo Moreno is responsible for oversight and promulgation of WFF’s culture, mission, and values, as well as talent acquisition and compliance.

Our goal is to promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment that fulfills and engages our team members.

Ricardo has held human resources leadership roles for more than 25 years in a variety of service-related industries. These varied leadership experiences with organizations like Hyatt Hotels, Sea World/Busch, United Healthcare, and others provide considerable depth to draw upon for the achievement of WFF’s goals.

Ricardo is a native of Bogota, Colombia, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from El Centro Nacional de Hoteleria.
